Please note since our sizing is unisex, all men’s boots & slippers will be tagged with the ugg size, rather than their US size, so don’t be alarmed by this.

Unfortunate flaw...

These were a gift for my wife this holiday season and I ended up needing to go through the size exchange process. I must say that the customer service throughout was absolutely amazing! Only good things to say in that regard! We received the new pair of boots within the suggested time-line and they are beautiful. My wife LOVES the style and quality of these boots. However, there is a significant flaw in the right boot. The first time my wife wore these was for work at a convention center where she was going to be on her feet most of the day. Sadly the right boot rubbed a good amount of skin off the back of her ankle leaving an open wound. So much that she became concerned about getting blood on the inside of the boot and had to keep trying to stretch her leggings down to protect her ankel as well as the boot itself. It's been a week and she still needs to keep bandages on her ankle while it's healing. Not sure if it's a flaw in the stitching, material, or a knot of thread but now the only way she will be able to wear them (if at all) will have to be with socks...which I imagine defeats a large part of the enjoyment of wearing uggs. Really wanted to love these. Very unfortunate..
