Please note that our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST. 
Please allow up to 3 business days for our customer service team to respond to your query as we are working through much higher volumes than usual. It is not necessary to send multiple requests as we promise that all cancellation requests, order changes and general inquiries will be actioned in due course.

If your query relates to order changes or cancellations:

We do our best to prepare, pack and fulfil our orders as quickly as possible. If you change your mind or have made an error in your order, you must contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to assist you, but if your order has already been received by our factory, we cannot alter or cancel your order. Any requests for cancellations must be received within 4 hours of your order being placed. We are unable to cancel or amend any orders after this time. Please allow up to 3 business days for our customer service team to respond to your cancellation request as we are working through much higher volumes than usual.
