I received these just in time to get a few good wear days out of them before the weather broke here. Kudos re your customer notification process which was greatly appreciated, keeping me abreast of the production progress. I am completely happy with them and wouldn't mind a few more colder days to wear them. I'm actually planning to order another pair once I settle on another color. Omg! All I can say is don’t wait get them now so you will be ready come fall. Packaging, quality is top tier. These are the Uggs I bout back in 2003 before the US started bullying they are soft thick and beautiful! I will be ordering another pair or two this week. I did a video of the un boxing and I was really impressed the company put time, care, and love in the products and it really shows.true to size.. You want be disappointed.
Very happy with my purchase the wait time was well worth it. I know they’re made to order and great quality. I haven’t worn them yet but they look absolutely beautiful almost too good to wear lol. Thank you you will order more in the future.
Since they are crafted to order it takes months to get (which is fine). I picked my US size and it was not correct they run small. There are no returns but they offered an exchange but it’s not worth the time it takes to send them back and wait months for a new pair. The team also suggested that they would stretch in size and they absolutely do not stretch and are too tight to wear.
I received the 2 pairs one black and one blue and they are perfect! I tell everyone who compliments them your story!
