All products sent outside of Australia and New Zealand will be crafted with our “Since 74” label, due to trademark issues with the term UGG.
Our Classic Ugg Boots fit true to your everyday shoe size, but it's always best to measure against our size chart here just in case of any variances to ensure the perfect fit.
Please note since our sizing is unisex, all men’s boots & slippers will be tagged with the ugg size, rather than their US size, so don’t be alarmed by this.

I purchased the Ultra Mini Uggs from UGG Since 1976, and I’m very disappointed with the product. The boots are extremely unflattering, looking oversized and bulky rather than stylish or sleek. They don’t match the appearance shown in the product images.
I reached out to customer service regarding my concerns, but they couldn’t offer any helpful solution. For the price and brand reputation, I expected much better quality and fit.
If you’re considering UGGs, I’d recommend purchasing from a local store where you can try them on first. That way, you can avoid the risk of ending up with a disappointing product. I wouldn’t recommend these boots.

Unfortunately, I was unlucky as I only received the boots at the end of the cold season last year. I didn’t take them out again until the beginning of this cold season, which meant too much time had passed for customer service to offer any assistance. Despite reaching out, they were unable to provide a solution, leaving me stuck with a product I’m unhappy with.

I bought the navy blue mini Ugg for husband. Beautiful quality and I am told they are super comfortable and warm. The communication regarding time frame for making item in peak of winter was clearly communicated. When received the item was beautifully presented in wrapping and box. My next ugg order will be placed with you!
