The staff and the service at the Miami, Gold Coast Australia factory is excellent. The product is well made and durable making it a value for price item. Whilst there are other products in the marketplace claiming to be UGG, the genuine Australian made item is excellent.
I've owned my uggs for about two years now and love the comfort of them for indoor and outdoor activities and the insoles as well.
I could’ve went a size down or so as the openings are quite wide (my only con), but material wise these are the best uggs on the market. Real sheepskin is perfect, the suede leather is holding up well, $24 and they feel fresh as new with new insoles.
I have purchased several boots, slippers, and inner soles from UGG Since 1974, and I couldn't be more pleased. The high level of Care and Quality are evident the moment you open the meticulous and thoughtful packaging of the products. The replaceable inner sole is wonderful and extends the function life of the boots.
