After reading about all the drama associated with the UGG name i decided that UGG since 1974 would be the only place i would be purchasing from. Fortunately this was my first ever UGG purchase and I'm partially glad that the truth had come to light before i purchased from the UK stores. From the moment i made my purchase the service i received was second to none and the communication was fantastic. I purchased these slippers as a gift, the product quality is amazing and the recipient was very happy with them. Cant wait to order again!
I got these today and could instantly see the quality difference from “the other guys”. These are soft, warm and feel amazing. I am a 7-7.5 and downsized to a 6. I could have gone down to a 5 but since I’m not doing a lot of walking in these, it won’t matter.

As another buyer from US, I confirm that is indeed superior quality compared to the quality from the “spinoff UGG” in US. The long wait worth the price! Packing was so cute and genuine. So far my feet do not hurt at all!

VERY true to size! If you plan to wear them without socks, as intended, buy your true size. They feel a bit snug at first but will mould to your feet after a few wears. If you plan on wearing them with socks, definitely size up.
bought these for my daughter and she loves them! they were worth the wait. fit perfectly. she’s been wanting these for a while because they are like her original uggs she had many years ago.
These are unlike any “Ugg”
I have ever owned. They by far exceeded expectations. Quality and material are incomparable to other brands. Stitching has more detail and inner soles are much more plush than other brands. I would say they are true to size. Definitely warm
enough to wear without socks as well. These are the real deal!!! Packaging is so special too!
I ordered these from Big Sur California and i wear them in rugged conditions and they hold up. The customer service was also exceptional when i had a problem.

My boots are a little big, but that’s my fault. I got a 9 should have gotten an 8 however so soft, reminds me of the uggs I bought in 7th grade… I’m 32 now. Just buy them! Also packaging was a 200/10!!
So In love with these slippers, they’re so cute and girly. I’m really enjoying the extra inches I’m getting! These are well made and the fur is super thick and fluffy. Definitely get them if you have been thinking about it!
My wife loved them. Give it like a week or two of wearing them to break them in. They will start off tight. But this is absolutely elite. You can’t beat these. Fun video to make is go to the mall and try on the fake ones and then these ones. It’s comedic.
Beautiful packaging, great quality, loved the chestnut color and everything about it except IT DIDN'T FIT! Devastating really, waited since December to get them just a few days ago. I am a regular size US7 across the board BUT my toes were literally touching the top of the boot, pushing into them just while standing. I reached out to customer service but never got a response so I just sent them back without any assistance. Maybe they could of waived the 35$ delivery for a reorder? But we'll know caused I still haven't heard back haha Since there is no refund option, I just used the credit they sent back today for another pairl US8 - crossing fingers.

I don’t know if you had a pair in the 80’s, but they were SO comfy and then **** bought them and they went SO downhill! I will never buy us Uggs again!

I wear an 11.5 AAAA. Very narrow feet and they knocked it out of the park! I haven’t had a pair of boots, let alone any shoes that cradle my feet in comfort like these!
I’m ordering more, now, for next Fall!

These are the best possible things you could get for your feet. I can not describe the comfort! The organization is amazing too. I had an issue with sizing, which I think could have been avoided if I emailed first, and they were super helpful. I ended up send the boot back at a small cost, but the company sent me extra foot liners which evened things out. It was really just a wonderful experience and well worth the wait and inconvenience.
Ordered from France, and I am extremely satisfied with them. The product feels absolutely amazing, and the customer service was quick and on point when I had a question. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

i ordered the hot pink and very true to colour. the fit is perfect - followed the size chart. and let me say these are so warm and comfortable i do not want to get out of my jammies and slippers!
