Sizing: Our sizing is true to size, and it’s always best to buy a snug fitting pair of UGGs as they will stretch slightly over time. You can find our printable size chart here for ease of mind.

Care & Protection
We highly recommend using our cracked bomber leather Protector Spray as an important extra investment. Designed to apply a light film of protection on your UGG boots and other cracked leather finished products, our leather Protector Spray will keep your UGGs looking cleaner for longer, and will also ensure the bomber leather finish will keep its water resistant finish. 

We recommend re-coating your UGGs every 6 months (or more frequently depending on wear) to keep them in the best possible condition. 

Our UGG Boots also come with replaceable innersoles.

      Perfect boots

      I bought these on pre-order. It took a little longer than expected to receive them but customer service were very helpful when I followed up. The boots themselves are perfect. So much better made than competitors. I have been wearing them as an outside winter boot and they are surprisingly versatile, easy to slip on and off and extremely warm. I'm between size 37 and 38 and bought the 38 which fits really well so if in doubt I would size up.

      I’ve been wanting a pair of Uggs for a while, I was so happy that I was able to purchase the Ultra mini platform back in February. They did take about 4 months to ship them out but it was worth the wait! The detail on my boots are so well made! You can immediately tell a difference. Don’t get me wrong, I was getting a little impatient but I’m so happy I ended up waiting a little longer instead of canceling because I love my boots. Also, they put so much thought on the packaging , it made it so more exciting opening my boots! The sizing was a perfect fit. Thank you guys for putting so much thought and attention on my boots! I LOVE them🤎

      A pleasant surprise

      I received my UGG boots today. I ordered them a while ago when TikTok was highlighting that US Uggs were a knockoff. I was so happy to see them in the mail today, even though, seasonally for me, it's a little too warm for them now. I ordered the boots on a whim thinking there wouldn't be a HUGE difference worth waiting four months for my boots.

      Well, let me tell you how wrong I was, and I apologize for underestimating the difference. It's rare that I feel motivated enough to send an email to a brand, let alone one that is positive.

      Opening my box, I was so touched to see how the boots were personally packaged. I was floored to see the attention to detail and my name handwritten. This is on top of the obvious quality difference I feel in the boots.

      I hope to buy more boots in the future and promise to be an ambassador to the original brand. I wish I had more of a following on my socials to preach to a louder audience, but I hope my immediate circle will do for now.
