Love my new ultra mini 💗

I’m not sure how many orders you’ve received from Romania until now, but I hope mine will pave the way for many more in the future. I placed my order on November 15 and based on the reviews and TikTok videos, I expected to receive it sometime around February. I had already come to terms with the idea that I’d probably wear my new UGGs next winter.

But to my surprise and delight, they arrived right before Christmas—one of the best gifts I could have received from you! The fur lining is FAR BETTER than that of my American UGGs. Honestly, I expected no less, as my very first pair of UGGs (I think I got them in middle school) were also made in Australia and I still remember how well they stood the test of time.

That’s why I couldn’t understand why the UGGs I’ve bought in recent years have been so disappointing in quality. Now I know—it’s because they weren’t from Australia, but from China...

I’ll most likely order another pair from you next year and hope to see more cute designs in the future. Thanks so much for the great customer service and high quality product! Please never compromise on quality - it’s what makes your brand truly special!

The shoes were amazing quality my daughter wore them everyday she said that they were way better than the Uggs from the US. I would recommend buying from here they are very versatile and wrap the shoes in an amazing box and lace bow. 5 STARS

Grandchildren’s Christmas gift

I purchased two pair for my granddaughters who live in Canada. I wanted the true and original Uggs after a near miss with the cheap Chinese made version whose store had a big Made in Australia sign on their counter. Luckily I researched the Ugg story online and learned the true background. So happy to support a truly Australian product - made and owned by Australians.
I received the inner soles and spray in the Black Friday sale but they were stolen along with a couple of other random small items (when my suitcase lock was broken into while I was in transit to Toronto). Luckily the shoes weren’t. The shoes will get a heap of wear in their current winter. I’ll be ordering another set of inner soles (and spray).
( Have to mention the amazing customer service I received in order to make sure I received the shoes in time to pack them for my trip).
I highly recommend the company and their shoes!
