These run super small!!!! I ordered a size 4 bc I saw it was a 35 and that is what I usually buy. However, I should have checked the sizing chart. I got my foot in but my toes were crunched. I should have ordered a size 5.. I’m from the US and I tried to ship them back but it would have been over $400 to ship them!!! So I guess I’m keeping them and saving them for my niece. should fit her in about two years… sucks bc I really love the shape and color of these :(

These boots are absolutely amazing. I have been a life long UGG boot consumer and I will never buy them from anywhere else from now on. UGG Since 1974 is absolutely the best! My boots are so easy to slip on, they're so rich and warm. I have never seen such fine craftsmanship on any other boots I have purchased in the USA. Thank you. They are just beautiful. I will be back for many more. I pretty much live in flip flops and UGGS.
First off I really appreciate their honesty about the timeframe of my delivery. That way I did not have false expectations. My boots came prior to the time they said. The boots are exquisite the attention to detail is amazing. One thing I noticed is the other Ugg’s when water gets on them it leaves a mark well I just had a water drop fall on my new boots an I was so nervous the next time I looked down it was gone . I am filled with so much gratitude I would give them a 12 out of 10

I just found out through a friend that they were available on your site for the same price as the ones made in Chine. Since I ordered as a late Xmas gift I understood the delay to get them. I was told it would be April and they came right on schedule as promised. Beautifully wrapped in the box.

Well, the story started from gifting to my wife UGG of other company, only after that I learned, that genuine Australian UGG would be from UGG since 1974, ordered, waited for quite a while (think it was month and half waiting list). When they arrived, wow, was surprised how much better they are, how comfortable they are and quality standard is definitely higher
My daughter asked for these for her birthday because everyone her age is wearing the American Uggs. I let her know I would get her Authentic Uggs but she’d have to wait for them to be hand crafted. When they arrived (exactly when we were told we’d get them) she was so excited to receive them! I sized up a half size and they fit perfectly! I am US based and for anyone wondering I didn’t have to pay any additional custom fees (that was my first concern) I would highly recommend anyone wanting authetic Uggs to purchase as my process from start to finish was smooth.
The wait time was a bit long i ordered in december but it was worth the wait better than american made uggs

The best and only brand UGG I love them, I can’t not believe how blind I was thinking that the Ugg from US was the original( china imitation UGG) …My new boots are high quality and the wait time was totally worth it.
When I first saw the plane brown box I was like what’s this. lol. Then when I opened them the packaging was more than I could’ve expected!! I love my boots! Def worth the wait. The black is so rich and they are super comfy and warm!!! Will purchase more and have been telling everyone. Thank you!
From customer service to quality and craftsmanship, I’m more than pleased with my experience. I changed my order a couple times and they were super-accommodating and kind, and most importantly, that got it right and wanted me to be happy with my order. More than I can say for a lot of companies. The boots are amazing and speak for their self. I’ll be getting my Ugg boots only with Ugg Since 1974 going forward.

They were super warm and insulating the first few days, but after that the wool sort of flattened to the shape of my foot. After that they ended up not being as warm so I have to wear socks while I wear them
The quality of these is out of this world, I’ll never be ordering the counterfeit brand that somehow passes off as the main brand again. The quality of these is so much higher, they’re significantly more comfortable, and the packaging was absolutely beautiful as well. I love these boots so much and cannot get over the significantly higher quality that I’m unaccustomed to
I was one of the many people who had no idea I was not wearing true Ugg boots made in Australia. I received my boots and oh gosh were they worth the wait. I ordered two pair and they arrived packed so nicely! They are beautiful, fit perfectly, and are so comfortable. I am also so thrilled I can replace the insoles whenever I need to. I ordered my new boots from Ugg since 1974 because I’m tired of subpar products being sold in America. They’re so soft, beautiful, and very comfortable. I also ordered extra insoles (iykyk) because I keep shoes for decades.
The packaging is beautiful and thoughtful. I will order in the future in different styles.
